Are there any items that should be prepared in advance?

You cannot participate without the following items: a front light, a rear light (or reflector), and a helmet. Please ensure you have these items in advance. Also, carry your health insurance card for emergency purposes.

Additionally, in case of mechanical issues, participants are generally expected to handle them on their own. Therefore, it is recommended to prepare a portable pump, spare tubes, tools, as well as gloves, warm clothing, rain gear, supplies, money, and a mobile phone.

How can I register for the event?

Please register through the dedicated entry site (Sports Entry). You can also access Sports Entry via the entry buttons on this website.

How should I get to the venue on the day of the event?

You can reach the venue by riding your bicycle, using your own car, or by public transportation.

Is there parking available?

There is parking available at the start/finish venue and nearby areas. As it is expected to be crowded on the day of the event, please arrive early to secure a parking spot.

Are there any important safety points to consider while riding?

On public roads, you will encounter other vehicles and pedestrians, so please adhere to traffic laws such as “riding in a single file on the left side” to ensure your safety.

Before participating, make sure to review the event regulations and guidelines. On the day of the event, please follow the instructions provided by the event staff.

What should I do if I feel unwell or need to withdraw from the event due to an injury?

If you need to withdraw due to feeling unwell or an injury, and an aid station is nearby, please wait at the aid station and consult with the staff there.

If you are far from an aid station, consult with the cycle leader of your riding group. Cycle leaders are stationed at the front and rear of each group. They will contact the event headquarters to arrange for a support vehicle to assist you.

Is it possible to cancel my entry?

In principle, cancellations are not allowed after registration. If you wish to withdraw after entry due to personal circumstances, we will send event original goods to your home.

Note: There are often mistakes between regular entries and the Express Cycle Train Plan (special entry). Please ensure you review your entry details carefully before submitting. If you have any questions about registration, please contact the event office.

Where is the registration venue?

Registration for participants will be held at the start venue, the “Minabe Town Health and Welfare Center.” Additionally, on the day before the event, November 23rd, there will be a Minabe Town 20th Anniversary Event at the same venue, where you can also complete your pre-registration for HUB24.
